🌿 I AM THE SORT OF THERAPIST WHO
..

I have heard so many bad experiences of therapy, especially the client-therapist relationships. I don’t ever want to be that therapist that breaks down the relationship because of something I have said or done. I always want you to feel heard, respected and cared about! Every single person should be made to feel completely individual, and like the only client that has ever mattered!!

We would love to review our practise and welcome your feedback on your therapy experiences ♄

Sending so much love!

🌿 “I worked so hard to create this incredible career and I burnt it all to the ground”

@jayshetty shared an incredibly moving Podcast with the wonderful @haydenpanettiere - who was iconic from such a young age. Come on now, whose teen theme tune wasn’t trying to be 10/10 to shabooya sha sha shabooya round call”

If you do nothing else today, listen to this podcast! He does such a good job of capturing the human she was.

Hayden in this interview and many others in recent months looked sad and haunted. When faced with post-partum depression she wasn’t greeted with support and love - she faced criticism and hate. What is that.

As a parent I am guilty of feeling like my children don’t have enough. However, it made me reflect on what I needed as a child. And she was spot on. Trauma is not developed from those things that a raw and pure about being a child. The expectations on children today are ridiculous.

We have this Instagram platform to make changes, do good and turn corners in mental health. The last few days have really made me question - other than creating influencers for financial gain, what is this platform actually doing?

We welcome your thoughts as always â˜ș

🌿 I DONT KNOW WHY..

I don’t know why but I am always looking for signs that everything is going to be ok. I find the presence of a Robin a calming influence lately! They always seem to pop up when I am apprehensive about something â˜ș

Look for signs that everything is going to be ok and let us know what they are 🌅

🌿 WHATS THE POINT IN HOLDING ONTO ANGER?

Somebody asked me the other day if I feel angry. It made me think, what’s the point in being angry. The only person that it impacts is me. Anger causes bitterness, isolation and lack of enjoyment out of life.

We only get one life - have a think about what you need to do to let go of the anger

🌿 TOLERATING UNCERTAINTY

Name me something, other than one day we will not be on this planet, that we can be absolutely certain of?

People convince themselves it’s better to try and increase certainty, but actually it’s impossible - it’s better to teach yourself to begin sitting with the uncertainty.

Happy Friday Guys đŸ€Ž

🌿 FINDING YOUR SAFE SPACE.

WELL
.if you hadn’t already guessed from my dramatic posts - 2025/2026 for me were pretty bloody shite.

When it all went down I knew that I needed to find places of safety and recuperation!

WELL
I really truely honestly did. @coachedbyjurdy offered me training sessions and I couldn’t have needed them more. Little did I know what more she would provide for me. She let me bring my baby, which meant it was accessible (often cuddling her if she cried), she listened to my misery and never judged, just supported me, listened and encouraged me.

What was even better is I was able to go through all this with her and one of my favourite people in the world at my side! I have found my identity again, I have come out the other side and I have had countless laughs that I needed more than ever!

@coachedbyjurdy is one of the most incredible trainers, but not just that, people I have ever met. If you are looking to get fit, become a better version of yourself and feel super safe and encouraged - I can’t recommend contacting Dani enough!

M and Dani - the last few months have been hell and I genuinely couldn’t have got through it without you both. I will never been able to express enough how thankful I am to you both!

GUYS MY ADVICE FOR YOU TODAY IS - find your people and your safe space, whatever that might be! Just an hour a fortnight can help you come out the other side!

@bemoreathlete has a shining star in @coachedbyjurdy - so please give her a follow ♄⭐

🌿 When one of your biggest fears actually comes true, it can feel like the ground has disappeared beneath you. The first thing to remember is: you don’t have to know how to handle the rest of your life today. You only have to get through what is in front of you right now.

A few things that can help:

* Let yourself feel it. Fear, grief, anger, numbness—all of it is a normal response. You don’t have to immediately be strong or positive.

* Separate what happened from what you fear will happen next. Your mind may jump from “This terrible thing happened” to “Everything is ruined.” Those aren’t necessarily the same thing.

* Shrink the timeframe. Ask, “What do I need to do today? What do I need to do this hour?” Small steps are easier than trying to solve an entire future.
* Don’t isolate yourself. Even one safe person who can sit with you, listen, or help with practical things can make a huge difference.

* Remember that surviving something isn’t the same as being okay with it. You can hate what happened and still slowly build a life around it.

* Give yourself permission to change. Sometimes when a fear comes true, the person you were before it happened can’t simply go back to being that person. That’s not failure. It’s adaptation.

And perhaps the hardest thing: you may discover that the fear was real, but it wasn’t the end of you. You can be deeply hurt and still keep going. You can lose something and still find new things. You can be changed by what happened without being defined by it.

🌿 “This is the worst year of my life” - she said.

WELL
I have got news for you my friend. What if it doesn’t have to be. What if you can let go of the anger, stop focusing on the negative, cull those people who aren’t here for it and delete personal social media for a bit to focus in on healing your inner circle?!

YOU FIND AN EVEN BETTER VERSION OF YOURSELF. I am no longer questioning who I am, recognising the importance of investing in myself and my relationship, as well as being the best mum I can be for my girls. I feel like the path this year was on has taken a full 360.

I’m thriving, my girls are thriving, my relationship is thriving and things feel so good. I’m not going to be scared of that anymore. Living in my threat system meant I was actively looking for danger - Well my friend, if you look for it, you’re going to damm well find it I can tell you!

Our advice today is - everything is temporary, having control of your life is only one decision away!

Have a great week pals đŸ’« we feel you always!
